"We’re extremely happy to add Jessica to our team! Her great voice, teaching ability, and industry experience will give our WAM students a wonderful voice instructor to complement Dr. Beverly Crain." - Steven Felix-Jager (Chair of the Worships Arts and Media Program)

LPC announced that Jessica Muchow (Jessica Cabral) will join LPC as a new vocal coach. Jessica, a former contestant on the final season of American Idol is a vocal coach, worship leader, and mentor. Steven Felix-Jager, Chair of the Worship Arts and Media (WAM) program at Life Pacific College states, "We’re extremely happy to add Jessica to our team! Her great voice, teaching ability, and industry experience will give our WAM students a wonderful voice instructor to complement Dr. Beverly Crain. We can’t wait to see her interact with our WAM students!"

Jessica Muchow (born Jessica Cabral) grew up in Massachusetts and moved to Southern California in 2010. Shortly thereafter, Jessica began working with both American and international Grammy-award winning gospel artists (including Israel Houghton, Fred Hammond, Smokie Norful). She started out working in the recording studio as a background vocalist and then began touring all over the world at the age of 19. In 2016 she appeared in several episodes of the final season of American Idol on Fox. Following her Idol success, she began working with a Sony music label (OC Hit Factory) working to coach and produce young artists to be released on tv shows like The Voice, American Idol, The Four, America’s Got Talent, and Little Big Shots. One of her artists received a million dollar record deal with Columbia Records this year, and her students continue to find success in music whether they pursue Christian or secular music. Jessica’s passion to see musicians and artists thrive goes beyond the superficial perception of “success”. She has been a worship leader in the local church for 10 years and also works with a music and worship school in Pakistan, traveling to train worship leaders and vocalists all over the world.
