LPC is pleased launch its first international joint program in Singapore January 2018. The MA in Christian Leadership is an innovative hybrid program delivered in Singapore through two 5-day residencies and an online cohort of international students and faculty. Graduates will hold a degree from both Life Pacific (University) and TCA College. This program is meant for students residing outside of North America and Canada. Interested residents of North America and Canada may apply for the US online  Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership (MASL) program. Learn more about the partnership or read about the success of the MASL program.

This graduate program is jointly-offered through a strategic partnership between TCA College (Singapore) and Life Pacific College (United States). Life Pacific College is accredited by WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC) and Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE).

The biblically grounded, ministry focused, professional and practical curriculum is offered online with two one-week residencies. Students will master advanced concepts of Christian leadership, become conversant in organizational and congregational practices, understand how to do applied research, and implement strategic thinking to impact their ministry context.

The program includes an integral field-based component and a major leadership project (capstone) which will involve a deep exploration of the students’ calling, an understanding of their leadership context, and the development of a strategic initiative for an existing ministry or the creation of a new endeavor.

Who should apply?

Christian leaders and ministers with Bachelor’s degree and desire to develop additional advanced skills in leadership and Christian ministry should apply. A limited number of applicants without a Bachelor’s degree may be accepted into the program. Such applicants must be at least 35 years old, and have at least 10 years of significant high-level organizational leadership or ministry experience, and demonstrate the ability to succeed in graduate level coursework. Apply now.

Why School of Leadership

Church groups and Christian organizations face a number of challenges and pressures that are growing in demands and complexity. The School of Leadership (SOL) recognizes that continuous leadership development is vital for you, as a Christian leader, to not only stay nimble to respond to many evolving changes in society and communities, but also constantly equip yourself to think and act strategically.

The leadership program offered by the School is thus designed to meet the needs of those who desire to enhance their understanding of organizational leadership and strategic planning and apply this deeper knowledge in the contexts of their local church or Christian organization. What is distinctive about the program is in its approach that integrates cutting edge theoretical thinking with biblically grounded teaching and practical application. Students will adopt a continuous learning posture so as to serve and function more effectively in their respective ministry contexts and communities.
