In regard to Foursquare’s Five Targets, the scholarship funds are applicable to Target 1 (Leader Support) and Target 4 (Diversifying Leaders). Qualified young women are provided with assistance to further their education and to receive pre-service ministry training.
“The Foursquare Church is clearly on assignment by the Holy Spirit to release women leaders to their fullest potential,” affirms Marion Ingegneri, national representative for Women in Ministry Leadership.
“A significant response to this calling as a church family is providing scholarships for young female leaders,” Marion continues. “These scholarships are in partnership with LPC, Ignite, the Foursquare Emerging Leader Network and local Foursquare churches. As the field director for Women in Ministry Leadership, I am honored to partner with this amazing ministry opportunity.”
Students can apply for 2015 scholarships starting in Feb. 2015.
