WSCUC Accreditation Update

WSCUC Accreditation Update

President Jim J. Adams received the WSCUC (our accrediting body) Commission Action Letter with VERY GOOD NEWS on Friday, March 6, 2015.  The Commission found Life Pacific College in substantial compliance with ALL WSCUC standards and confirmed the Commission’s 2011 reaffirmation of LPC’s accreditation through our next review in 2018. You can view the Commission’s Action Letter and the Special Visit Team’s report clicking here.

This momentous affirmation from WSCUC comes on the heels of Life Pacific College’s presentation to the commission on February 19th when President Jim J. Adams, Board Chairman Dr. Sam Rockwell, Accreditation Liaison and Dean of Institutional Effectiveness, Brian Tomhave, and members of the President’s Cabinet traveled to Berkeley, California. LPC’s presentation of the college’s progress was well received by the commissioners.  The letter concluded, “The commission wishes to express its appreciation for the extensive work that Life Pacific College undertook in preparing for and supporting the special visit review.”
