The Office of Admissions exists to serve prospective students. Whether you are a seeking a traditional on-campus experience or desire to complete a BA or MA degree online, we are here to help you advance in your education and career potential. Each year, new freshmen and transfer students enter Life Pacific College seeking an academically rigorous, biblically centered education.


The Office of Admission’s hosts yearly on campus events including Annual Preview Days in the fall and spring, Open Sessions, and Workshops. Our office offers daily campus tours and overnight visits. You can meet us at NACCAP College Fairs, area High Schools, youth events and conferences.  Our  team also visits churches across the US each Wednesday evening and Sunday morning. Angie Richey, M.Ed., M.A.

Vice President of Enrollment Management
Angie Richey has served as adjunct faculty since 2000 and as Director of College Relations since 2009. She earned her Bachelor of Arts (1997) from Life Pacific College, a Masters of Education (2003) and a Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy (2009) from Hope International University. She is the Assistant Director of Emmaus Road Counseling Center and Co-Founder of the Gathering located in Santa Clarita.

Matthew Tapp, MBA

Assistant Director of Admissions
Matthew Tapp graduated from Life Pacific College in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies. While attending LPC, he served in multiple student leadership roles, including ASB VP of Outreach (2013-2014), and ASB President (2014-2015). After LPC, Matthew went on to earn his Master of Business Administration (2016) from Azusa Pacific University while serving as the Regional Director for a faith-based, non-profit providing afterschool programs to at-risk youth. Being a member of the admissions team at Life Pacific College brings him great joy because of his passions for faith, leadership, and education.

Steven Shook

Admissions Counselor
Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music (2011) from Azusa Pacific University. In addition to being a freelance guitarist and worship leader, Steven also has a passion for higher education, and plans to pursue his graduate degree in the near future.

Brittany La Porte

Admissions Counselor
Brittany graduated from Life Pacific College (2013) with a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies and has her Masters in Business Management (MAM) from Azusa Pacific University (2014). In addition to advising students, Brittany has a passion for writing, coffee, and travel.

Mandy Vieyra

Campus Visit Coordinator
Mandy has served with the Office of College Relations since 2011. She earned her Bachelor of Arts (2002) from Life Pacific College. She is the co-pastor and financial advisor of The River Church in Norco, California with her husband Jared. Mandy is eager to set up your campus visit today!

Cassidy Mendonca

Marketing + Media Assistant
Cassidy graduated from Life Pacific College (2014) with a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies and is currently pursuing her Masters in Communication from Regent University. Cassidy is passionate about learning, reading, deep conversations, and the arts. Cassidy currently lives in San Dimas with her husband, Zachary, and their dog, Tolkien.

Life Pacific Student Representatives are a diverse group of student leaders led by LPC leadership and staff, who desire to connect with you, hear your story and help you process your education and ministry goals. Student Ambassadors

The LPC Student Ambassadors are student positions through the Office of Admissions. Life Pacific College Ambassadors are premier student leaders who assist in the promotion of LPC to prospective students, their parents and the high school guidance community. College Ambassadors promote school spirit and a positive image of LPC through campus tours, recruitment events, and through communication with prospective students by phone, by e-mail, and in-person while gaining transferable skills, which enhance individual personal and professional goals.
