SAN DIMAS, Calif. – Life Pacific University announced Jason Fletcher M.A. as the new Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing. Jason most recently served as the Director of Admissions Recruitment and Orientation at Houston Baptist University, representing one of the most diverse private universities in Texas. Before that, he served at Vanguard University and Chapman University in California.
In all institutions, Jason was critical to developing and implementing communication, financial aid, and outreach strategies to serve students and better position each institution for maximum exposure and visibility. He has a track record of effective leadership and adaptability and mobilizes teams for change, impact, and growth for the glory of God.
Jason states, “I am committed to the profession of college admissions, access, and students. This work is what fuels my passion and drive each day.” He continues, “This position is an ideal match for my passion for serving students through the college admissions process.”

LPU had the unique opportunity to see how Jason works with teams and within their unique context over the past few months. As LPU’s enrollment consultant, Jason helped effect meaningful change in a brief period and has begun building successful relationships with all who have connected with him.
Jason holds an M.A. in Business Administration and Management and is working towards his Doctorate in Education. The University welcomes Jason, his wife, Lauren, and his two children.
