Are you ready to take your leadership to the next level? The Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership (MASL) program at Life Pacific College may be just the vehicle to help you do that! This two-year graduate program integrates organizational studies, leadership principles and practical theology – in an online format designed for busy adults.

Application Requirements

MASL applicants should have a bachelor’s degree from a school accredited by a CHEA-recognized accrediting organization (bachelor’s degrees from Mount Vernon Bible College and Life Bible College East also are acceptable), along with a demonstrated commitment to organizational, management or ministry leadership (at least three years of significant experience). An undergraduate GPA of 2.5 is required.

Within each cohort, the College may make provision for a limited number (generally 1-2) of applicants who either have a bachelor’s degree from an unaccredited institution or who do not have a bachelor’s degree at all. Non-accredited B.A. or non-B.A. applicants must be at least 35 years old, have at least 10 years of significant high-level organizational leadership or ministry experience, and demonstrate the ability to succeed in graduate-level coursework.

  • Submit completed application in one of two ways:

  • Submit recommendations form and letters from two professional references (Professional Recommendation Forms).
  • Submit your $35 application fee with your application (Pay online).
  • Request that formal copies of college transcripts be sent to LPC.
  • Complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) at The Title IV code for Life Pacific College is 016029.

Application Deadlines

New MASL cohorts are formed in January and July. Application deadlines are as follows:

  • January cohort start: November 15
  • July cohort start: May 15

Admissions decisions will be made approximately two weeks after the application deadline.
