Overnight Guests
Overnight stays for more than 3 days, consecutively or throughout the semester, will need approval from the Director of Residence Life.

FAQ
How much does it cost to live on campus?
For the academic year, residents will pay $4,900 per semester, which includes the 19 meals per week meal plan. Students may choose to pay in full or, for an additional $50 one-time charge, students may choose a payment plan of four equal payments. Students will also pay a $200 security deposit.
Single occupancy rooms may be applied for by students who are age 23 or older by move-in day for an additional fee of $500.00 per semester. Single occupancy rooms are subject to availability.
What do I need to bring?
Please refer to our helpful Packing List in order to learn more about what to bring and what not to bring when you move onto campus.
What comes in my room?
Each dorm room comes with one bunkbed, two desks (no chair), two nightstands, and closet space.
What kind of Health & Safety services are available to me?
Health
We have an on-campus Health & Wellness Center staffed by our campus nurse, Carol Duzik R.N. The Health and Wellness Center is located through the ResLife Office.
Campus Safety
During evening hours there is a security officer monitoring the campus grounds. At any point you observe a campus safety issue, you can contact LPU Campus Safety by dialing 909-706-3088.
What Dining Services are offered?
All residents are required to have a meal plan. Specific information on dining can found on the Student Life Dining page. The Resident Meal Plan Form can be found HERE.Â

Where do I do my laundry?
Laundry facilities are available to residents on the bottom floor of each dorm building. Each machine (washer and dryer) takes debit or credit cards.
Where can I hang out on campus?
There are many places for students (residents and commuters) to spend down time. Each floor in the dorms have common areas open to male and females during specific hours. The Loop area includes an on-campus coffeeshop as well as a lounge area with couches, a pool table, and a commuter lounger with a TV. The courtyard outside is the perfect place to relax on beautiful days. There are picnic tables and benches spread out across the courtyard as well as a basketball hoop and two sand volleyball courts.Â
What are quiet hours?
The City of San Dimas has a noise ordinance requiring low sound levels from 10pm to 7am. LPU residents are expected to abide by this ordinance.Â
What other policies do I have to follow?
In order to foster a safe environment for our students and to ensure strong leadership development, students are required to adhere by the Community Life Agreement. A description of this agreement can be found in the Student Handbook.
How do I receive mail on-campus
The Post is our on-campus mailing facility. Each student receives a box number where their mail can be sent to. The Post will hold onto larger packages for students to pick up. Students can also mail out packages through the Post as well. There is also a Lost & Found located here.
Do I need to apply for a parking permit?
Whether or not you will have a vehicle on campus, you are required to complete the Parking Status Form. You will be given an LPU Parking Pass that will be put in your mailbox in the beginning of the year. If you do not have a Parking Pass on your car by the second week of school (please put in the left, front corner of your windshield), you will be ticketed after the second week of school by campus safety.
