Thomas Molloy was a recent associate in the Dallas office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He was a member of the firm’s Appellate and Constitutional Law Practice Group. Mr. Molloy has represented clients in multiple appellate proceedings before the U.S. Supreme Court and multiple U.S. Courts of Appeals, in matters involving constitutional law, criminal law, and administrative law. He also has experience with higher education governance, employment discrimination claims, and class actions. He maintains an active pro bono practice focusing on religious liberty and immigration appeals. Mr. Molloy is a licensed minister with the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel, and served as an assistant minister for four years, and as an adjunct professor and staff member at Life Pacific University and Life Pacific University Virginia. Thomas and Breanna have been married for over eight years and have one child.
