Webinar – Toward A Pentecostal Theology of Healing: Navigating Disability and the Church

What happens when prayers for healing go unanswered?

Throughout the ministry of Jesus, healing was central, yet the church continues to wrestle with the reality of disability and ongoing brokenness. How do we hold a deep belief in divine healing while also cultivating communities marked by love, dignity, and inclusion?

Join the Center for Global Pentecostal Studies and Practice for a thoughtful and timely conversation exploring the intersection of theology, disability, and the life of the church. This webinar will engage key pastoral, theological, and historical questions, helping leaders and communities better understand how to faithfully navigate disability within a Pentecostal framework.

Led by Dr. Andrew Opie, this panel brings together experienced voices from academia, ministry, and lived experience to offer insight, challenge assumptions, and encourage a more holistic vision of healing and belonging in the church.
