Andrew K. Opie serves as director of the center for Global Pentecostal Studies and Practice at
Life Pacific University. He is a visiting professor teaching Bible and Mission at Life Pacific.
Andrew earned a Ph. D at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School studying at the intersection of
Bible, Disability and Mission. Recently publications include articles: “Witness and Wonder as
God works through all bodies” and “Gospel Workers as Vulnerable Vessels”. He has been a
licensed minister with Foursquare for 23 years serving in various roles including 6 years in
Bangkok, Thailand with Foursquare Missions International. Andrew is married to his wife
Christina for 20 years. Together they have two children, Ellie (13) and Zach (9). For fun, he
suffers with Tottenham Hot Spurs in the English Premier League.
