Rev. Daniel Ruarte, Ed.D. is the Provost, Vice President of Academic Affairs, and Associate Professor of
Leadership/Ministry at Life Pacific University. Former Adjunct Professor for Seminary Programs at Azusa
Pacific Seminary as well as Indiana Wesleyan University Global programs. Currently serves as executive
board member of The Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE), an accrediting agency
recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation
(CHEA). Executive board member for the Hispanic Association for Theological Education (AETH), and
co-founder and chair of the Global Association for Foursquare Theological Education (GAFTE). Author of
several books, Leadership and Ecclesia (2019), Life’s Design (2021), Administration, Management, and
Leadership (2023), Inexplicable Joy (2024), and Handbook for Preaching and Teaching (2025) all in his

(www.efm.college) an institution partnering with Life Pacific University (www.lifepacific.edu) to train local
and global Hispanic pastors and leaders.
He holds a Bachelor’s in Ministry from FTI, a Master of Arts in Pastoral Studies from Azusa Pacific
Seminary, a second Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership from Life Pacific University, and a Doctorate
in Education from the University of Southern California (USC). Additional professional development,
Certificate in Academic Leadership from (ABHE), and Executive Leadership Certification from Cornell
University
