What is the 4+1 Program?
LPU’s 4+1 model is designed for highly motivated students who are ready to pursue graduate-level education with focus and efficiency. The program allows students to complete their undergraduate degree in four years and seamlessly transition into a one-year Master’s program—earning two degrees in the time it would traditionally take to complete just one.

Available Degree Tracks
Ministry Track:
- BA in Biblical Studies + MA in Theological Studies
- BA in Ministry + MA in Theological Studies
Designed for those pursuing full-time vocational ministry, this track allows students to deepen their theological understanding and leadership skills while serving in the field during their fifth year. It’s the perfect balance of academic rigor and hands-on experience.
Business Track:
- BA in Business Administration + MBA
Ideal for students preparing to lead in the marketplace, nonprofit sector, or church administration. The 4+1 Business Track equips students with advanced business knowledge, strategic thinking, and ethical leadership—all from a Christ-centered perspective.
