
San Dimas, CA – Life Pacific University (LPU) is pleased to announce the appointment of Bjorn Dahl as its new Director of Digital Content and Strategy. Dahl brings more than 15 years of proven leadership in digital marketing, content strategy, and audience engagement to LPU, where he will lead initiatives to expand the university’s digital presence, drive brand awareness, and support enrollment growth.
With extensive experience in the media and entertainment industry, Dahl most recently served as Senior Director of Streaming and Digital Content at Paramount, where he transformed CBS Los Angeles into a digital-first newsroom, growing monthly website traffic from 250,000 to more than 5 million users. He also launched CBS News Los Angeles, a 24/7 streaming news channel, producing local and nationally syndicated content, built the brand’s social presence from the ground up, and led a YouTube strategy that topped 1 million subscribers.
Prior to Paramount, Dahl held leadership roles at CBS Radio and iHeartRadio, where he pioneered digital content divisions, built integrated marketing strategies, and launched innovative branded content campaigns with major partners including McDonald’s, Coca-Cola, and American Express.
At LPU, Dahl will oversee the development of digital content strategies that align with the university’s mission, enhance student recruitment efforts, and strengthen donor engagement. His expertise in SEO, social media campaigns, data analytics, and A/B testing will position LPU for continued success in reaching and engaging students, alumni, and partners worldwide.
In addition to his professional experience, Dahl previously served as an Adjunct Professor at Life Pacific University, teaching strategic marketing communications and mentoring students in digital media strategy. He holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of La Verne and a BA in Communications from Azusa Pacific University.
