Kyle Horton (’22) is Business Development Manager for Arya, a Compensation Management Software company. He deals with sales, onboarding new clients, and developing financial literacy within the company. Kyle is also a Chief Communications Officer for a non-profit called Hummingbird Haven. They provide housing, help, and therapy to veterans who have PTSD in addition to helping their families cope. Kyle handles all internal and external communications and helps spread the vision of Hummingbird. Kyle says, “LPU helped me transition into the workplace by having the right people in front of me throughout my time as a student. I met my first mentor at a business meeting for BA majors, and from there, I met well-connected individuals who helped me establish myself in the business world. The quality of people at LPU is incredible, and I credit my alma mater for being able to put me in front of the right people.”
