Dr. Frans Flores has been involved in higher education as a student success/retention coach at Biola University and subsequently at Touro University from 2016-2021. This has helped him learn how to help students succeed in their educational journey. Additionally, Rev. Flores is an associate pastor of Family Ministries and Finance Administrator at Hope Community Foursquare Church. He has a heart for the next generation and has served as assistant youth pastor at The Rock Foursquare Church for five years as well as other youth ministry roles. Frans has a BA in Psychology, an MA in Business Administration (MBA) and a DBA. Frans has entrepreneurial business experience starting his own business and managing director at Brain Hurrican K-12 tutoring expanding services in CA from 2005 to 2015. He began as an adjunct faculty at LPU and is now an Assistant Professor for our Business Administration programs.
