Gareth Phillips is currently the National Leader for ICFG in Jamaica, and Pastor of the Cassia Park
Foursquare Church in Kingston, Jamaica. He has been the President for Lighthouse of International
Foursquare Evangelism (LIFE) Bible College Jamaica since 2012 and joined the faculty in 2002. Prior to
his current assignments, he served as assistant to the national leader, Member of the Executive Cabinet,
District Supervisor, Chair of By-Laws Committee. He holds a PhD from the University of Minnesota, Twin
Cities; a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Science from Oral Roberts University, Tulsa, Oklahoma; and a
Diploma from the University of Technology, Jamaica.
