Life Pacific University invites nominations for individuals to be considered for an Honorary Doctor of Divinity degree, one of the university’s highest forms of recognition.
Honorary doctorates recognize individuals of exceptional accomplishment and outstanding character whose lives and work reflect LPU’s mission, vision, and values. Nominees may be distinguished through sustained achievement in ministry, scholarship, business, education, public service, the helping professions, or other areas of service to the Church, the workplace, and the world.
Nominations should demonstrate the candidate’s significant service to the Kingdom of God, record of accomplishment, and outstanding character. Nominees do not need to be LPU alumni or serve in ministry.
Nominations must remain confidential, and nominees should not be informed that they are being considered.
The deadline to submit a nomination is Friday, November 6, 2026. Approved recipients will be recognized with an honorary degree at Life Pacific University’s spring commencement.
