Deb Baker, PhD

Associate Professor, Human Development & Psychology

Deb Baker is an Assistant Professor of Human Development and Psychology at Life Pacific University. She graduated from Trinity Christian College in Illinois with a BA in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work from California State University, San Bernardino. Deb completed a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Regent University. Deb has taught at Azusa Pacific University and Providence Christian College. Her professional experience includes work with non-profits in child welfare and human trafficking, government work with Riverside County Department of Public Social Services, and private psychiatric hospital treatment. Deb enjoys traveling, both domestic and international, with her husband and their two daughters.
