Dr. Sam Rockwell is a seasoned leader, consultant, and academic with over 20 years of experience founding and leading a 1,000+ member church community. He has provided strategic planning, coaching, and leadership development to executives, national leaders, and pastors in over 40 countries across six continents. As CEO of Rockwell and Company, Dr. Rockwell specializes in diagnosing and aligning organizational structures, systems, and cultures within businesses and NGOs globally. He has facilitated the growth of organizations from small volunteer groups to multi-staff, multicultural entities, securing multimillion-dollar funding for expansion projects. In academia, Dr. Rockwell has designed and taught graduate-level courses in leadership and organizational theory at institutions like Pepperdine University and Life Pacific University. His scholarly contributions include nine peer-reviewed articles and a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University.
