Steven Félix-Jäger (PhD, MFA) is an associate professor at Life Pacific University
and chairs the department of worship and media. A visual artist, songwriter, and
music producer, Félix-Jäger is also the author of several books including How to
Worship For All Its Worth (Zondervan Academic, forthcoming 2025), The Problem
and Promise of Freedom (Baker Academic, 2025), Renewal Worship (IVP
Academic, 2022) Spirit of the Arts (Palgrave, 2017), Art Theory for a Global
Pluralistic Age (Palgrave, 2020), the co-authored book Renewing Christian
Worldview (Baker Academic, 2023), and of several articles and book chapters
concerning theology, philosophy, culture, and the arts. He has over a decade of
ministerial experience as a worship pastor and youth pastor, and is currently
licensed to minister with Foursquare.
