Life Pacific University students attended and served at the Arise Young Adult camp with pastors Yaseer and Monique Handall. The Handalls are long-time friends of LPU and have continued to empower the leadership of LPU students in their Arise ministry through worship, volunteering, and more. For the last several years, LPU students have been attending the Arise Young Adult camp for the last 3 years. It has been a blessing to our student body to experience the Native American culture and worship the Lord in a Christ-centered community.

Ministry Major Esther Park Shines God’s Light and Love | Pray and Give Week 2026

Esther knows she has much to give, because to her much has been given. “Jesus met me at my lowest point,” she remembers. “During a season when I felt lost and without purpose, He met me, freed me from depression and suffering, and restored a clear sense of calling and direction in my life.” Esther is now a sophomore majoring in Ministry at Life Pacific University, where she also serves with Student Ambassadors, a group of students who share the heart and mission of LPU at camps, churches, and other similar events. Here on campus, Esther sees how God is moving and working. “I always felt like our school is like a pan full of corn that is ready to pop,” she shares. “Holy Spirit is stirring [us] to be active in faith.”
