Life Pacific University is pleased to announce the appointment of Rev. Heidi Chambers as Assistant Professor and Director of Online Undergraduate Ministry and Management programs. In this role, Chambers will provide academic leadership for LPU’s Bachelor of Arts in Ministry and Leadership and Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management programs.

Professor Chambers brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across ministry, global operations, higher education, and organizational management. A bilingual executive servant leader, ordained Foursquare minister, CQ Certified Facilitator, and longtime LPU adjunct professor, she has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in economics, management, finance, executive leadership, and cross-cultural leadership. Her experience spans local church ministry, global missions, strategic operations, academic instruction, and leadership development.

In this role, Rev. Chambers will provide leadership for program management, course scheduling, assessment, curriculum improvement, and faculty collaboration. She will also oversee assigned adjunct faculty and work closely with the LPU Online Office to strengthen best practices in online teaching and student engagement.

Provost Dr. Daniel Ruarte added, “Heidi’s unique combination of ministry experience, executive leadership, bilingual instruction, and online teaching makes her exceptionally equipped for this role. She understands both the academic and practical needs of students preparing to lead in complex and diverse environments.”

As Director, Rev. Chambers will also partner with enrollment and retention teams, build relationships with external constituents, and champion the long-term sustainability and growth of the department.
