Faculty assess student achievement of learning outcomes annually through direct assessment of student work as well as surveying student perceptions. The PLO Annual Assessment Chart provides the results of those assessments.
Of 2020/21 graduates from traditional undergraduate programs:
- 100% who pursued Foursquare licensing were approved by the licensing panel.
- 63% had an immediate place of ministry.
- 63% intend to go on to graduate school.
2019/20 bachelor’s degree graduates reported that at six to 12 months after graduation:
- 80% were involved in ministry.
- 85% of those pursuing work were employed.
- 57% were employed in their field of study.
- 65% intend to enroll in graduate school.
According to the 2020/21 Graduating Student Survey:
- 95.5% of graduating students feel that they received a quality Bible-based education.
- 88.6% found the instruction at LPU to be intellectually challenging.
- 91% felt the cost of education was a good value.
- 92.5% felt the faculty displayed a genuine concern for them.
- 88.7% of graduating students would choose LPU again.
According to the LPU Alumni Survey of the most recent ten-year graduates:
- 45% have gone on to further education.
- 94% of those seeking employment are employed; 45% in their field of study.
- 81% are currently active in ministry.
- 91% are satisfied with their educational experience at LPU.
In January 2013, Life Pacific University undertook its new effort to redesign a comprehensive strategic planning process. Effective planning requires a collaborative endeavor with many stakeholders. Ours included students, staff, faculty, Foursquare Church leaders, pastors, alumni, and community representatives. Following an intense 12 month-long process, the College Board of Trustees approved the revised mission, vision, and values statements, along with a comprehensive plan for five years duration presented by the strategic planning group and administrative council.

VOTER REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Life Pacific University encourages students to register to vote. As Christians, we recognize human government as an ordinance of divine appointment, and teach obedience to it as a sacred duty, within its legitimate sphere. We also have a responsibility to assure good government, and we exercise this responsibility when we vote. Furthermore, the 1998 Higher Education Act requires all post-secondary institutions to make a good-faith effort to distribute voter registration forms to each degree or certificate-seeking student who attends classes on campus. The following information is provided to assist you in registering to vote either in California or in your home state.
In order to vote, you must be a U.S. citizen and at least 18 years old at the time of the next election. As a college student you may register either in California using your college residential address or at home using your permanent home address. When completing your voter registration form please note that P.O. boxes are not permitted as your residential/home address. If you live on-campus, list the address of the college as your home address and if you live off-campus use your off-campus street address.
California registration forms are available on-line at www.cavotes.org/vote/register. Forms are also available at post offices, libraries, city hall, or department of motor vehicle offices.
