The MBA program at Life Pacific University has challenged me to become more intentional in the way I lead, make decisions, and build for growth. Leading Painted Dough as COO and co-owner requires me to think beyond the day to day and continually prepare for what’s next. I also oversee all marketing for Painted Dough and our franchise partners, which requires me to lead across both operations and brand strategy.

The MBA program has strengthened my ability to lead with greater strategy, clarity, and confidence. I’m not just learning business principles. I’m applying them in real time as we grow our company, develop teams, and build something that can last.

Life Pacific’s MBA program has challenged me to expand not only how I build businesses, but how I build people. As an entrepreneur and executive coach, I’m constantly helping leaders think differently, break through limitations, and lead at a higher level. This program has sharpened that same process in me.

It’s giving me greater language, strategy, and discipline to turn vision into execution while strengthening the way I coach and develop other leaders. I’m not waiting until graduation to use what I’m learning. It’s already changing the way I lead, the way I coach, and the way I build.

The MBA has shaped my faith and calling by highlighting how faith can be integrated into business and ignited my passion to pursue the dreams that the Lord has placed on my heart. This program has truly equipped me with the tools and connections to make my dream possible and revealed ways in which business can be used in ministry.

To anyone thinking about applying, I would highly encourage you to give the Lord your “yes." Matthew 6:25–34 reminds us that He cares about us beyond measure and that we should seek first the kingdom and everything else will fall into place according to His will. Trust that any obstacles you face are in His hands and He will provide the clarity, provision, and courage you need!

Throughout my time as a MBA student and LPU staff member, I was able to practically apply my coursework to my day-to-day job.

From Project Management to Organizational Leadership, I had the opportunity to in real time utilize what I was learning to help maximize who I was as a professional.

It was so encouraging to be able to see the fruits of the program while I was in it, rather than waiting and hoping to see how it will help me in the future.
