The Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership is for pastors, ministry leaders, nonprofit directors and professionals. It’s designed for those who want to lead with faith-based strategy.

For people called to leadership beyond the pulpit, the MASL offers a practical path forward.
Master of Arts in Theological Studies
The Master of Arts in Theological Studies is for students who want deeper biblical and theological training.
Through this program, students study Scripture, theology and doctrine at a graduate level. Along the way, they strengthen their ability to teach, preach and lead with confidence.
Because of this, the program is a strong option for pastors, teachers and ministry leaders. It can also support students preparing for future doctoral study.
Master of Divinity
The Master of Divinity is LPU’s most comprehensive ministry preparation degree.
For future pastors, church leaders, chaplains and missionaries, the MDiv provides deep ministry preparation. Students study theology, biblical interpretation, preaching, pastoral care, spiritual formation and practical ministry.
In addition, this degree supports students pursuing long-term ministry leadership, ordination or advanced ministry roles.
Master of Arts in Counseling
The Master of Arts in Counseling is for students called to mental health, counseling ministry and the helping professions.
Throughout the program, students prepare to respond to emotional, relational and mental health needs. In addition, practicum and clinical hours are built into the experience.
For those who want to serve individuals, couples, families and communities, the MAC offers a meaningful graduate pathway.
Master of Business Administration
The Master of Business Administration is for business professionals, entrepreneurs and organizational leaders.
In the MBA program, students build practical skills in finance, strategy, operations, management and leadership. At the same time, they learn how to lead with excellence, integrity and purpose.

Thirty minutes into absorbing a lecture in her 1960’s LIFE Bible College classroom, Donna Winsor gets the call for help again. An aide slips into the room and whispers, “Um, excuse me, professor. Donna is needed.” With a simple nod from her professor signaling permission, Donna exits quickly and follows the aide directly to the side of the Angelus Temple parishioner who needs her help. As she assesses the woman’s vitals and starts to care for her physical needs, she also whispers a prayer to the Great Physician.
