Almost a month into 2026, we are already creating new memories and strengthening community at Life Pacific. Before moving too far ahead, the Advancement and Alumni Relations team wanted to pause and look back at 2025, a year filled with meaningful moments, shared celebrations, and milestones that shaped our community and the work we continue to build on. Here are 12 stand out moments from the year.
12: Alumni Awards and Accolades
This year was one for the books – with 5 different recipients recognized in 4 different categories (and a 6th alum honored as a nominee), this year’s group of alumni awardees exemplified passion for Jesus, reverence for the Lord and His call on their lives, and continued commitment to represent their alma mater well. Levi Brill (CCCU Young Alumni Award)
Levi Brill, LPU’s nominee for the 2026 CCCU Young Alumni Award, has served for seven years with YWAM in Cambodia, where he co-directs the Poipet campus and helps lead ministry efforts reaching thousands with the gospel. Known for his humility and steady leadership, he is deeply committed to empowering Cambodian youth to bring transformation to their communities.
His LPU education allowed him to grow academically while serving overseas, shaping him into a lifelong learner and strengthening his ministry.

From her early days on a small campus to a dynamic career in Hawaii’s legal field, alumna Lindsey Barrios (Walz ’14) has faithfully carried her faith through every chapter of her journey. A Transformational Ministry graduate who later earned her law degree, she now serves as a senior associate at Goodsill Anderson Quinn & Stifel LLP. Serving alongside her husband, Rodney, she has devoted decades to ministry in Brazil—equipping leaders, planting churches, and sharing Christ’s love with communities across the region. With notable improvements across key categories, it continues to be recognized as a leading Christian institution in the West—dedicated to affordability, excellence, and a transformative education that equips students to rise, serve, and lead.

Celebration of 48% Enrollment Growth Over Two Years!
Life Pacific University is experiencing record momentum, with 48% enrollment growth in just two years. Fueled by a hunger for God’s Spirit, new scholarships, and expansion to 17 micro campuses nationwide, LPU continues equipping leaders from certificates to doctorates.
8: New Educational Opportunities
LPU expanded educational opportunities this year to include more certificates, more webinars, and more programs than ever before. From the launching of the Doctor of Ministry in Pentecostal Leadership to hosting scores of webinars to enrich our students, partners, and alumni, our faculty, staff and leadership worked tirelessly to keep you “in the know”!
7: Warriors Rise: Year-End Highlights
LPU Athletics is closing out the fall semester with renewed momentum and standout achievements across multiple programs. From historic wins to impressive first-year coaching performances, the Warriors are entering the next phase of the year with confidence and a strong competitive edge. Read more here
6. Mission Trips
Our students were “on mission,” both on-campus and off-campus! Student teams were deployed to Africa, Europe, Latin America, and even the local inner city community. The result? Healings, salvations, and lives changed — including the lives of the students themselves. Our missions-minded ethos and roots were expressed so beautifully in 2025!

5. Ginormous Generosity
LPU’s two fundraising campaigns of 2025 yielded a combined $225,000. This effort contributed to a total of over $2.46 million in donations received in 2025, including almost $1.7 million in grant funds received. We are exceedingly grateful for the generosity of our donors, and thankful most of all for our God who provides in every moment of need! This milestone reflects transformed lives, faithful partnerships, and a community united to invest in the next generation of Christian leaders.
