We are excited to welcome Lynsi Snyder-Ellingson to chapel at Life Pacific University on Tuesday, April 14th.
Lynsi is President and Owner of In-N-Out Burger, leading one of the most respected and values-driven companies in the country. Beyond her leadership in business, she is a devoted follower of Christ, deeply committed to ministry, and passionate about seeing lives transformed through the power of the Gospel. Through initiatives like the In-N-Out Burger Foundation, Slave 2 Nothing Foundation, HIS EYES Foundation and Army of Love, she and her husband Sean faithfully invest in the community for unity, training, and freedom (Isaiah 61:1).
She is the author of The Ins-N-Outs of In-N-Out Burger: The Inside Story of California’s First Drive-Thru and How It Became a Beloved Cultural Icon, released in October 2023, with Nelson Books.
This will be a meaningful time as Lynsi shares from her life, leadership journey, and faith, offering encouragement and perspective for our students, leaders, and community. Her voice carries both influence and authenticity, and we believe this will be a powerful moment for all who attend.

When a team of LPU students landed in Puerto Rico this spring, they had a plan: serve, connect, and contribute to the work already happening on the island through Dream Center Esperanza, a Foursquare ministry based there. Esther knows she has much to give, because to her much has been given. “Jesus met me at my lowest point,” she remembers. “During a season when I felt lost and without purpose, He met me, freed me from depression and suffering, and restored a clear sense of calling and direction in my life.” Esther is now a sophomore majoring in Ministry at Life Pacific University, where she also serves with Student Ambassadors, a group of students who share the heart and mission of LPU at camps, churches, and other similar events. Here on campus, Esther sees how God is moving and working. “I always felt like our school is like a pan full of corn that is ready to pop,” she shares. “Holy Spirit is stirring [us] to be active in faith.”
