Tannise Collymore: Employee of the Year

Life Pacific University is honored to award this year’s Employee of the Year Award to Tannise Collymore, Executive Assistant to the Provost. Tannise has been a light on the San Dimas campus of LPU. Her commitment to the institution, the student body, her role in the Academics Office, and ultimately to the Lord has been admirable throughout her years of service at Life Pacific.

Tannise has been described by her fellow employees as beloved, hard-working, obedient, kind, and humble. She hasn’t just been an incredible employee, but she has been involved in mentoring students, co-leading a mission trip to Colombia, and more. The community of Life Pacific University is better because of Tannise’s role.

Tannise shares her heart after receiving this award when she says, “I am overwhelmed by the kindness and sweetness of God poured out through the recognition of the faculty and staff with the Employee of the Year Award. Anything good seen in me is because of Jesus”.

Ministry Major Esther Park Shines God’s Light and Love | Pray and Give Week 2026

Esther knows she has much to give, because to her much has been given. “Jesus met me at my lowest point,” she remembers. “During a season when I felt lost and without purpose, He met me, freed me from depression and suffering, and restored a clear sense of calling and direction in my life.” Esther is now a sophomore majoring in Ministry at Life Pacific University, where she also serves with Student Ambassadors, a group of students who share the heart and mission of LPU at camps, churches, and other similar events. Here on campus, Esther sees how God is moving and working. “I always felt like our school is like a pan full of corn that is ready to pop,” she shares. “Holy Spirit is stirring [us] to be active in faith.”
