Home E News E LPU Welcomes Six New Spanish Language Micro Campuses, Advancing a Global Vision

University

Life Pacific University is celebrating a historic milestone as President Angie Richey officially signed Memorandums of Understanding welcoming six new Micro Campuses into the LPU network.

Over the past two days, these church leaders gathered for training and onboarding, stepping into a shared mission that is both deeply rooted in history and boldly focused on the future. Through hands on sessions covering student experience, admissions, and program delivery, each leader was equipped to launch and lead their Micro Campus within their local church context.

Advancing Hispanic Theological Education Worldwide

This expansion builds directly on Life Pacific University’s recent integration with EFM College, an initiative designed to expand Hispanic theological education worldwide.

Through this transition, students who began their journey with EFM College will now continue their education at LPU, gaining access to fully accredited degree programs offered in Spanish. These six new Micro Campuses will serve as key hubs for these students, creating a seamless pathway from prior learning into accredited higher education.

This is more than a transition. It is an elevation. Students are stepping into expanded opportunities, stronger credentials, and a broader academic future while remaining rooted in their local churches and communities.

Training Leaders for Local and Global Impact

During the two day training, Micro Campus leaders were not only equipped with tools and systems, they were unified around a shared calling.

These leaders are not simply launching programs. They are stewarding access to education for students who have been called to ministry, leadership, and impact in their own cultural and linguistic contexts.

By embedding accredited programs within local churches, LPU continues to remove barriers and bring education directly to where ministry is already happening.

A Vision from the Beginning

This moment is a direct continuation of the vision declared at Angelus Temple by Aimee Semple McPherson:

“Dedicated unto the cause of interdenominational and worldwide evangelism.”

That vision is not just history. It is alive today.

Through the integration with EFM College and the launch of Spanish language Micro Campuses, Life Pacific University is actively fulfilling that calling, expanding access, crossing cultural boundaries, and equipping leaders from every nation.

Expanding Access. Fulfilling the Mission.

As these six new Micro Campuses prepare to welcome students this Fall, they represent something far greater than growth.

They represent a commitment to the global Church, a pathway for Spanish speaking students to receive accredited Christ centered education, and a continuation of a vision that began over a century ago.

Life Pacific University remains steadfast in its mission to equip leaders for ministry with an even greater global reach.

This is not just expansion. This is the vision in motion.
