Life Pacific University launched the new school year with its annual Fall Retreat, an event designed to set the spiritual tone for the semester and unite the campus in worship, reflection, and renewal.
This year’s retreat began on campus, featuring a powerful opening session with Campus Pastor Daniel Fernandez, who shared a message titled “I’m Hungry” from Numbers 10. Pastor Dan challenged students to let God restore their appetite for what He provides—to hunger again for His presence, His Word, and His purpose.

The afternoon continued with a time of baptisms, where five students publicly declared their faith in Jesus. The atmosphere was filled with joy and celebration as friends, faculty, and family cheered them on.
For the final session, LPU joined with Patria Church in Rancho Cucamonga for a Young Adults event that brought together hundreds of believers from across the greater Los Angeles area. Over 200 Life Pacific students joined in worship, heard five powerful short talks, and ended the night responding to God’s presence together.
The 2025 Fall Retreat was more than just an event—it was a spiritual ignition point for the semester ahead. With hearts hungry for God and community stronger than ever, Life Pacific University is stepping boldly into a new season of faith and purpose.
