Life Pacific University announces that Sonny Arguinzoni Jr. will be the keynote speaker for the 2024 Commencement ceremony. This year’s Commencement will be held at Abundant Living Family Church in Rancho Cucamonga, CA on Saturday, May 11th, and will begin at 11:00 am, with doors opening at 10:30 am (PT).
Alumnus, Pastor Sonny Arguinzoni Jr., is a dynamic leader and preacher with over 30 years of ministry experience. He is the son of Sonny and Julie Arguinzoni, founders of Victory Outreach International a Christian organization focused on serving inner-city communities worldwide.
Licensed as a minister in 1991, Sonny graduated from Life Bible College (LPU) in San Dimas, California, in May 1994, and also pursued studies at Fuller Seminary. Throughout his career, he has preached and led evangelistic crusades across the United States and internationally.

We’re privileged to enroll numerous students from Pastor Sonny’s church and victory outreach’s training center where they arrive primed for ministry, fueled by a fervent desire to reach the lost, and ready to dedicate their lives to Christ’s service. I know his words will impart great wisdom to our graduates,” says President Angie Richey.
Sonny is the author of Descendants: Continuing a Legacy of Faith and Hope, and is known for his unique preaching style, which resonates with diverse audiences, including gang members and drug addicts, as well as those raised in Christian environments. His passion for youth empowerment led to the establishment of G.A.N.G. International (God’s Anointed Now Generation), dedicated to nurturing young people to reach their full potential in Christ. In 1998, Sonny answered the call to serve as Senior Pastor of Victory Outreach International’s founding church in Southern California where he serves today in Chino Hills.
Alongside his wife Kim, he has pastored for over 23 years, raising five children who are also involved in ministry. Sonny’s steadfast faith and unwavering commitment to the vision of Victory Outreach reflect a special anointing upon his life. He continues to inspire others to pursue their God-given destinies, embodying the legacy of faith established by his parents.
